I don't have a passport. There's still a LOT of the US that I haven't seen yet.

@wiLLmaH I did a lot of traveling around the US when I was a young man but still haven't see everything that I wanted to see. For years, while my daughter was young, we took yearly trips to different parts of the US, just to see what was there. Mostly our trips went from our home in Missouri out to Colorado and down into Texas and across to California. When my daughter graduated from high school, I drove her out to Pennsylvania to college and drove back to Pennsylvania when she graduated from college and brought her back to my home in Missouri.
One day I'd like to explore down around Florida and along the East Coast, too.

@DaddyEvil What a fantastic journey!
It's heartwarming to hear about your father-daughter explorations, creating memories that undoubtedly span a lifetime. And the idea cruising down around Florida and meandering along the enchanting East Coast sounds like the perfect next chapter in your travel diary.
Yayyyy! Let's keep the wanderlust alive!

@LadyDuck I understand; life circumstances can sometimes alter our plans. It's important to cherish the moments and experiences within reach. While Japan might remain a dream now, every shared day with your husband is a precious journey in itself.

Japan is my dream destination because is renowned for its culture, history, stunning scenery and delicious food. It is the ideal destination for travelers who want to experience the best of both worlds: modernity and traditional Japanese culture.

I don't have a passport, but I'd love to travel around Europe. Literally visit several different European countries. Maybe one day. =)

For me my greatest dream destination is the place where Jesus Christ was born and raised up. Somewhere in Israel. l would also visit the place where Jesus Christ was buried.

I've got this thing in me I cannot explain rationally. I cannot name one place I would go to but I do have a wish... A road trip... Punta Arenas to Anchorage, cross the Bering Straight onto the Trans Siberian Express, take the Amber Route to Istanbul, then Egypt down to Lake Victoria, cross the Serengeti to Mombassa, then onto India, back from there across the Silk Road and then I'll probably find a place to settle, or just keep travelling.
I don't even know if it humanly possible to do any of it, I know right now I cannot afford it, but it is still an itch, it is still in me that I want to taste the world, to experience all those cultures, all that history, all that beauty and mostly all that wildness. As I said, not rational...

@wiLLmaH Probably sooner the better! We are in Georgia now, so we might do part of the Silk Road by train next year.

@wiLLmaH Yep, that is the one. I met someone the other day who travelled by train from China to Georgia, which will probably be the way we would also go, just in reverse lol
