Butter chaklis

Chaklis are hard on one's teeth but this particular variety just melts in your mouth
I have made these and so I can say they are worth trying. Just boil some water add butter and salt, Lower the heat add rice flour and let the flour cook stirring all the time. Put off the flame and add cummin and kalonji
Thoroughly knead the steamed dough when the dough is cool. Put a bit of it in the chakli making mold. Prepare as many chaklis as you can and then deep fry them.
Easy. Right?

Those look really good to eat. I first thought it was something with sugar, but savoury sounds like a real winner. I'll have a look see for them in stores, thanks for sharing
