Good night friends.
I am home again. Leticia and Jorge brought me home.
I played and pettedLuna and then took the longest nap ever. I just woke up.
I decided not to have dinner so I had a gup of coffee and some nuts. Leticia gave me some leftovers from a dish she made for me so I will just heat it after I come back from the doctor tomorrow.
I was thinking about visiting Dixie tomorrow evening but I just learned that they are both with covid. It is a light one but still. I´ll keep you posted when I know more.
Sleep tight, friends. See you tomorrow.

The first week is worse with covid. And they all have their vaccines so it will not be to terrible. The government will soon have another vaccine that will be first available to seniors and people with ailments.

@marguicha I've heard people are having an easier time with Covid now... I still don't want to catch it, though. I got the new Covid vaccination a few days ago, just in case. I hope you're able to get it soon.

@DaddyEvil I will be one of the first to have it. I have the right age and have chronic ailments. I have been vaccinated 4 times.

Covid is over in about 15 days. From my experience, the first week is worse and the second one is much better.

@LadyDuck I know. I stayed alone for 15 days because I did not want to share the virus.

Anita comes to feed her and plays with her. And Luna has always running water.

@allknowing Luna has lived outside my house all her life. She has a luxurious house for her at the terrace.

@marguicha Good Luna knows how to spend her nights alone. Wish our pets learnt that too. Cats are no problem But our dogs could never do that

Thank you. I did not get near them until they are over it. But we had a long phone visit with Dixie.

Hope that all goes well with your doctor's appointment. Better to avoid visiting them if they are down with Covid. Hope that they recover soon. This nasty virus is here to stay.
Good night there. Here, our Thursday has started. It's past 10 AM.

It does seem that we will have to live with covid around us. But in my experience, vaccines help us have lighter cases.

@marguicha Yes, vaccines have helped, though the vaccines come with their own share of side effects.

@arunima25 I did not have any side effect from the vaccine. The only side effect I ever had was when I had chemo for cancer. But then, I would not be here if it wasn´t for it.

@jefferson126 But if we hadn´t had thre vaccines, the covid in all its variants would have killed a lot more of us.

Glad you are safely home, and I am sure Luna missed you a lot. I am sorry to hear about Dixie and Humberto having Covid. I currently have 2 friends sick with it--one case is rather bad, and one is light. Take care and have a good rest in your own bed, Marga!!

Vaccines have helped to get lighter cases. I had covid in spite of being vaccinated, but I stayed alone at home and had no problem.
