Workout plan this weekend

Since we will gave a company event tomorrow (fun run), this became my routine: The 4 day challenge: Thursday: Weight training Friday: 5k Marathon Saturday: Kickboxing/boxing. Sunday: Weight training. Hopefully I don't injure myself hehehe.

I am sure you can do it. Don't forget to do stretching first.

@Mamerto32 I agree with your coach. It can also prevent injuries to our muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.

@wiLLmaH not really hehehe. But I was assigned to settle the company license payment while they process the money. But unfortunately they still owed me a hundred bucks since they are yet to process the cash advance hehehe.
