Hello Everyone, 5 yrs ago I was a reg on here
I took time off to get things done around here
it's great to be back again, I went by little tiger.
The 1st 4 yrs was great getting things in order
& getting things done, but THIS yr was a bad
nightmare, 9 mons ago I had health issues.
My panceras & gallblader crashed on me, yeah
you heard right, it danm near killed me TWICE
I ended up in the hosp for 6 mos & in ICU for
most of the time I was in the hosp, then was put
into rehab for another 3 mos, I didn't get home
till Sept. I've been home going on 4 mons now.
When I got sick I didn't know how sick I was till
after 4 mons in, the dr's told me how sick I had
been that they didn't think I was going to pull
through, I had 15 dr's working on me & a BUNCH
of tubes, wires, ventalators, & put into a coma.
They pulled gals of black stuff from me & never
told me what it was, but when they told me how
sick I was they were surprised I pulld through it
I'm no quitter & by the grace of God I made it.
With what I went through in them 6 mons I have
sugar diabeties, that I'm trying to get on track
I'm in the 3-400's & when I got out of the hosp
I was in the 900's when I went & seen my reg dr.
She was in AWE when I was standing in her office
that day & told me I have to work on getting it down
I was in a daze & couldn't grasp what I had went
through till she read off what the report from the
hospitals I was in reported what I had went through.
I had seen her 3 wks B-4 I got sick & everything
was good but when she found out I was in the hosp
She was puzzled on what had happened, so NOW
instead of seeing her once twice a yr, it's almost
every month, even Husband is shocked I made it.
Being as sick as I was I don't ever want to get that
bad again, I've done a lot of research on diabeties &
doing what I can from the internet, on what to eat when.
When I came home I had to have a ramp cause my
legs weren't strong enough to do steps, I was on a
walker the 1st few wks being home, then a few wks
later I put the walker up & got my husband cain.
No he wasn't using it HA HA, it was a spare he had
from the time I got out of rehab in a WHEEL CHAIR
3 mos later I'm walking on my own & going up & down
steps. but still use the ramp at times, cause it's my front
door, entrance, I've been doing my own therapy at home.
I can't take all the credit on my 2nd chance in life from
where I was to where I am, I'm a fighter, & believe in God
has ALL the credit, for giving me a 2nd chance in life.
This isn't the 1st time he has been there for me in life &
death situations, but that's for another story to tell you.
I thank him everyday, he shows me things as well as
tells me, like the reason I got sick was the pollen from
the trees I have been living under for 12 yrs & the dust
that always found a way in my cabin, where every 3 dys
I had to sweep, I would pick up more than it should be
IF it the cabin was SEALED tight, to make it liviable.
If you recieve blessings from the master & savoir of God
God the ALMIGHTY give me a Amen. bless you.

Thank yo, I'm working on a lot right now
with all the dr appts & redoing the cabin I
WAS living in B-4 I crashed that's NOW
on hold till I build my $ back up that I had
saved for a fla trip that got put on hold.
So I used the saved $ for all the supplies
I needed to get it done while I was in the
hosp recoperating being I had to have a
front porch ramp to get in the trailer to live
with hubby after 15 yrs living in our own place.

@annierose I plan on it, & when I get back in the cabin
I'll have the space & tools I need on my computer to do
a lot more but that's going to be awhile so it seems.

It's good to be back after all these yrs of not being here
even though I was debating on if I really wanted to come
back, but being I was in recovery of going through all I
went through I thought it might be good for me to try.
I'm glad the people I was connected to are still here after
I've been gone all that time remembered me & excepted
me back, if it hadn't been for that I don't think I would have
stayed, & Specially glad to be reconnected to you again.

@MarieCoyle My husband has been
the main foundation of me getting
better day by day.
I have a STRONG will to get better
no matter what it takes or how long.
I'm not on here like I use to be either
I can't sit in my chair that long any more.

Thank you, you could say that, knowing what I know
about how bad of shape was in from day 1 to where
I am now. 4 mons being home & doing my own therpy
it took me a few wks to start trying to get around with
a walker at 1st & it was just a few wks I was on the Cain.
I've come a long ways, thanks to the dear lord above
I can't thank him enough for getting me through it all
My husband has really been a big help as well.
I enjoyed being here the last time time I was here, I've
reconnected with some of them, so 'll be around at
some point in my day, thank you for your kind words.

Well being I'm stuck indoors
& not in my own place
(living with husband) I thought
it'd do me good to be here.
