Touch Base the Customer Service

This morning, I had touched base with my internet service provider's customer service. Now, the ball is in their court. It has been three days since I experienced an internet outage. I am becoming a pachyderm (thick skin) to use my neighbor's internet. The bottom line is that I do not have any choice but to ask a favor from the neighbor. I can go to my aunt's place, but it is a bit far away. How do you handle frustration over something? Image credit: w7.pngwing.com

If you cannot change service provider for now, you need patience. Hope the problem can be fixed soon.

I cannot change it because I have been using it for more than 8 years. I am not sure what makes it like this. As of today, it was being fixed. Three days without internet is not a good thing, though.
