A Gift of Appreciation: Chocolate Moist Cake

This is how I am going to express my appreciation to the neighbor who lets me use his internet for three days. I cannot think of anything, so I managed to bake a simple chocolate moist cake for him and his family. In this way, I can still borrow their internet service if my internet goes crazy again. I hope they will like it. Despite my time constraints, I tried to squeeze my time into doing this at home. By the way, I just steamed it because I do not have an oven at home. What do you think? Are you good at baking?

I hope so. I just gave it to his wife. To her surprise, she was quite overwhelmed by such a gesture. I am still not good at baking. In time, it will.

What a nice gesture - and the cake looks great! I think I can bake decently, but I don't bake desserts very often these days.

I am also trying to control myself not to cook any desserts lately. My niece has a sweet tooth, and I do not want her to acquire diabetes mellitus. But I usually make it once a week. Hopefully, they will appreciate this kind of gesture of mine.

That looks like a very tasty cake, You are a good neighbor and glad they helped you out with the Internet, I can bake but I don't want to just for myself I bought a chocolate cake mix and some frosting to make a cake for Christmas,

I do agree with that. I tried to make it with the help of the YouTube. I was able to make it. I think they are lucky to have a neighbor like us.
