I haven't yet..but as I discussed last week I have been craving sugar cookies with the crisp edges. I may buy a roll of them, roll them out..after adding flour and perhaps make some with a star shape..if I can find a cutter. I have a whole bag of cutters in a storage locker..but does me no good there. Tomorrow am making microwave keto fudge

I would love to bake; but unfortunately I can't. Sugar cookies and fudge sound really good. Have a great day.

@LindaOHio No, it's peanut butter. I am not a big fan of chocolate fudge. It's OK, but I prefer peanut butter. I made it yesterday, but I was a little low on PB and the fudge tastes a bit too much like butter..Oh well, tastes good enough I guess. If I get some more PB I could probably remelt it and stir a little more in too.It should improve the flavor.

My little bit of Christmas baking hasn't seen the best results so far. Your fudge sounds good, how do you make it?

@1creekgirl Yes, I usually use a brown sugar subsitute, but I needed it for this fudge which I have made a few times. It is very good,

@snowy22315 I didn't realize there was a substitute for powdered sugar. I love most every kind of fudge.

My sister and I made a batch of sugar cookies when she visited me. I made the dough and had it ready to go when she got here. I probably am going to make a batch of thumbprint cookies, too, using some cherry jam in the middle.

@snowy22315 My Mom made them once. She put a Hershey's kiss in the middle.

I am not sure if I can eat anything this time. Sugar makes me feel sick.

They are also called snowballs, Russian teacakes etc. Lots of names for the same basic cookie.
