Does your house reflect who you are as a person?

It may sound strange, but it cannot be denied that our possessions at home reflect who we are. We can be minimalists or maximalists in our world. I can say that I am a maximalist because I love collecting things. For now, I am more focused on collecting novel books and planning to have my own mini-library of these things. It shows my persona as such an individual.
Does the tale of your life unfold in your home?

Yes, and no. We put a lot of what we like in it sure, but it's random so it would be hard to say.

@Shavkat When you live with more than one person, then yes. that would make sense.

Well it should, but it does not for me.
This place is not my home sadly.
I do not feel comfortable and at ease here..that is why I want to move.
Glad you are building your library.

I have a very small apartment so what you see are notebooks, papers, and pens in my workroom telling on me as a writer and poet online and in the fronts room you see books and videos and a player telling on me as a reader and movie lover

I love music. Although I listen to Spotify or YouTube's music nowadays, I'm still keeping a lot of CD albums. I also love reading. So there are many books in my apartment.

In away, of course if had money then it would really reflect us, but thats only true to a point too. Many people with a abundant of money own things just to own things. If I had thriving money it would look exactly how I wanted.

I think our home pretty much reflects who we are. Sort of in the middle between collecting too much, but not too much. I don't like a lot of knick knacks.

In some ways yes it does. I like things neat and organized, where I have no trouble finding them and my rooms and home do reflect that to a certain extent.

I can tell. When we still had the garden, my mother and the She was so meticulous that things should be in the right place, and of course, my old man did the same thing at home. The rest of the family worked together on weekends in the garden. Although I water our plants every day at that time,.

Mostly where we are, you'll find fresh food cooking and books. I used to collect, but I go a bit over the top, so now I control myself. Its also better for us to be lightweight in our belongings, then we can travel easier. Someday, we'll settle then my woodworking and fishing gear will find a home again.
