December 23, 2023 11:44pm CST
Good afternoon guys, Day 2 of spreading some positivity and how it can help you in your daily life. Base on my previous post, we talk about how positivity enhanced our physical and mental health. Today i want to share also how it affect in our daily or different aspect of our life. 1.Increased Resilience - Positive individuals tend to be more resilient in the face of challenges. it helps us to overcome adversity and our daily problems. 2.Better Coping Mechanisms - Positive thinkers are more likely to approach problems with a constructive mindset, seeking solutions rather than dwelling on problems. We don't just making hasty decision, we think about the consequences of our decision and action. 3.Improved Relationships - Positive individuals often have more satisfying and fulfilling relationships. Their optimistic outlook can contribute to better communication, cooperation, and overall harmony in personal and professional interactions. Like many people said that communication is the key, commonly positivity can help you to talk about things with an optimistic outlook in life.

People like to hang around with a postive person over someone who is always negative.

And that where boundaries play. You can't control things or people that will come to you. But you have choice how to respond to them. So choose wisely. We all know negative people always suck our energy or they drained us. Sometimes we need to distance ourselves.

I agree, I feel a lot stressed whenever someone I am with is very negative and like always complaining.

@Yadah04 learn to distance yourself and limit interaction with them, unless you want to absorb their negativity

Negative people sooner of later lose all their friends. Who want to be around someone who is all the time complaining?

@UnseenArt - I always noticed that people who have their own serious problems, do not complain all the time. If they need help they ask, but they try to solve their problems.

@LadyDuck there are so many factor to consider. many people do not complain or ask for help becuase they are used to that. Some of them become responsible when they are young just to survive. Others they build it overtime the attitude of solving their own problem.

that is really true. when all they see is problem other people will reach their threshold to hang around of negative people. commonly they distance theirselves for this kind of people. so don't take for granted people kindness. Be grateful, because some of them have their own problem yet they tried to help you.

yes please. always focus on good things. it is easy to see bad things in our world now. appreciating good things or be grateful for what we have can help us to move forward. if we are thankful for what we have blessings will come on our door, knocking.

I agree with everything you said, positive thinking relates to to positive outcomes & never fails. I have had things on my mind to seek & find & 9 out of 10 times my positivity has found it every time.

That is really true, commonly we focus on the things that we never had and take for granted the things that we have, we need to learn to appreciate small things and the things we have. we are grateful for small things then we will be grateful also on big things.
