Hello everyone. It sure has been a very long time since I've been active here. I've made sure to check in every now and then incase of notifications so if anyone has wondered if I missed their notifications, I haven't. They have been saved. Even from months ago. I am not going to be majorly active right away just now. I just wanted to pop in to say hello and Merry Christmas. And that I miss being here. If you remember my last post, I spoke about a loss we had. Honestly, it tore me apart. Still does. It was only just last week I spoke to my psychologist about what happened that day. Was the first time I spoke about it. Was difficult but I had to let it out. I may not ever speak about it again though. Once was enough. Since that day there was an issue with my Grandfather, we nearly lost him. His dementia made him believe Nanny wasn't alive anymore to which he tried to....end it. Thankfully a nurse found him. He is ok. I then went into a deep and dark depression from grief with Leilah and worry about my Grandfather. Depression is natural for me but there are levels and that round was a battle. I was feeling so disconnected to everything and everyone. Some other things going on too with trips to the hospital for me, anxiety, depression etc and some good things too. Hasn't all been doom and gloom but it sure has been a battle! As much as I genuinely missed being here and missed people here, I had to look after me. I honestly didn't feel like being here to talk about anything or talk to anymore. Please don't take that personal. Just had to go into hiding for awhile. There are things like what I mentioned above that I'd love to chat about another time but for now, I miss you all. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas. Hope you're all doing alright! I will eventually get back on here when I feel ready to. All notifications and catch ups will happen. *hugs*
