27 December - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from a cool Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The temperature on the computer says 33 F. We're supposed to get a mix of snow and rain overnight. for the snow. I have so much to be thankful for today. I'm thankful for the seven hours of sleep I got last night. It felt good to sleep so long. Oh, I got up at 4 AM. It felt like sleeping in. I'm thankful I got the notifications done for the first time before the exercise class this morning. It's always fun to see what's happening in your world. I now have them finished for the second time today. I'm thankful for the exercise class this morning. I did 9 miles on the exercise bike while they worked out to the longer tape. We don't usually do the longer tape on Wednesday, but nobody was coming down or staying for coffee hour at 9:15. I'm also thankful I have all my steps. I'm thankful I got to the ADRC this morning and gave my friend and proofreader a copy of Destination Love. I also brought the rock home that I painted last week. I'm thankful for the Bible study. We talked about the Nativity. It was a good study. I'm thankful for the three chapters I read through and only made minor changes on Love's Illusion. Hopefully, I can finish the book this next year. I'm thankful I remembered why I needed to go to the store today, more than needing food for the open house. I needed milk. No bananas. I still have a bunch. I'm thankful for prayer time tonight. We met in a members apartment rather than the community room. They still need to fix the garage door. It's super cold walking through the garage right now even if the community room is warm. It was a good prayer time. Okay, that's my day today. Busier than I expected it would be. I thought I would be on the computer more than I was. That's okay. Life happens as it should.
