We usually start our school year in January. I know it's already quite late, I hope I can get some planning done, and start our school days next week.
I will have a 9th grader, a 6th grader and a 2nd grader next year. I plan to subscribe to an online educational resource website, Twinkl. I read that there are lesson plans for the school days, hopefully it will help me save time to plan and keep searching resources for my children. I like the site as there are resources for high schooler, and since I am preparing my children to sit for iGCSE exams, there are resources for GCSE which seem to be suitable for my children.
I have never follow just one site or one curriculum for my children, but plan and gather resources that are suitable for my children on my own. Hopefully this website will allow me to just open-and-go, without spending much time to plan and study much myself. I also hope my eldest can study more on his own, so I can have more time teaching and guiding my younger children.
Let's see how it goes... Homeschooling a high schooler seems to be a new stage and challenge for me. Wish me luck!
Any new plans or challenges for the new year?
Have fun and have good progress!

That is a big task, but I am sure you are up for it. It should go well.

I wish you luck. Probably won't be the easiest thing you've ever done.

I wish you much success as you homeschool your high schooler. I hope the website is everything you hope for.
