Bananas A way of living

I want to share with you the conversation I had with my doctor who recommended that I eat more bananas.
At first I was surprised that my doctor started talking to me about the benefits of bananas but I soon realized that he was right.
I summarized some of the statements he told me and wanted to share with you:
Bananas are packed with vitamins giving your body a little boost.
Bananas helps your heart stay strong and healthy.
Bananas are very beneficial for the stomach and digestion.
Bananas also contribute greatly to a good mood.
Bananas are the tastiest and healthiest candy you can eat.
So tell me what are you still doing here go grab your banana and start a healthier life.

@lazydaizee I have a secret recipe, but I am willing to share it with you.
I usually prepare it after a workout, I cut 2 bananas thinly, add milk protein powder and ice and sometimes strawberries as well

I love them, but sometimes I have to watch out..high sugar in them.

I think that I will try to eat more bananas in the future. A friend of mine used to eat about three bananas every day until he was told that too many bananas can be bad for you. So now he has cut down to one a day.

@lazydaizee Yes you should, you will be suprised how beneficial it was for your healthy.
But don't eat too much! 1 per day is GREAT!!
