Found in many kitchens it is used in dipping sauces, and salad dressing and has a lot to offer in flavor and for medical ailments. It is used for and helps with indigestion, yeast infections, and cholesterol levels, strengthens absorption of calcium, and itching due to insect bites, natural deodorant, and helps to clear up acne, dandruff, stuffy noses, sore throat, sunburn relief, restless leg syndrome, the appearance of varicose veins, teeth whitening, natural mouthwash, foot odor, and weight loss. It can also help in the onset of type 2 diabetes because ACV can help to balance blood sugar levels and help in insulin response or insulin sensitivity.
Apple cider vinegar(ACV) has Acetic acid in it which is a bacterium that is produced during its fermentation. Fermentation takes place after apples are crushed and yeast and bacteria are added. This liquid transforms into alcohol and, with another step taking place it turns to vinegar with the formation of Acetic acid. This acid is what gives ACV many benefits.
One tablespoon or two ounces of ACV in lukewarm water daily is what I will be taking.

I was astounded at how many benefits I found. I will be getting a gallon jug soon. I just have a normal jar of it right now. That should keep me until next grocery day.

I have a zap of it in my water - morning and night. I used to get bronchitis every winter, and have coughing issues all year round . . . ever since I've been drinking this regularly, the bronchitis never came back and my coughing is pretty much gone. For Hubby, it helps him prevent heartburn!
