I'm so back after one horrible month

It started back in November 30th when my aunt was complaining that her Netflix wasn't working. Then later I realized that the whole internet wasn't working. I complained to their store but not customer service. There was a call but my mom missed it.
A week later the CS finally said that they phased out the DSL and replaced it all with FIBER. That's what they didn't tell us that when their technicians asked us for an upgrade back in november (this year).
So for almost a month I did nothing but follow up on the migration. I got desperate to the point of applying to the rival subscription that has the worst customer service on record.
Gladly today, they answered my long overdue request and installed the new fiber modem. Well, I had to pray and attend night mass for it.
It's a lesson for me to be active on mylot more from now on. No more being lazy here.

Hello @much2say I have used prepaid and promos just to keep up with my internet hobbies. But it's just not the same with the laptop. I mean every week i have to load my phone. Happy New Year.

Well, it's one of major trouble's are over that's for sure @allknowing . I have no idea having no internet this long could have troubled effect on me. But it did help me sleep early.

Hello @dodo19 Actually we have been a subscriber for more than a decade now and till today we still have good customer service. The one I was applying for have reputation of very bad customer service.
