Howdy everyone ! How's your day ? Its been an eternity since I posted here lol .
I was wondering . Do you guys still have your soft toys / dolls / teddy bears from your childhood ? Mine , while not in the perfect condition lol , still have kept them safe . But they are all torn up now . My favorite is a panda doll and white tiger doll . I keep them for the old memories , can't imagine throwing them away .

I had the original Barbie doll and sold it on ebay with some outfits and case for a thousand dollars. It was an auction and I was surprised I got that much.
The rest of my dolls I donated and gave the stuffed animals to my kids. Not sure what happened to them. Each stuffed animal had a name.

I still have my teddy bear that I received when I was born. It's the only toy I have left from childhood. He has a place of honor in my bedroom.

I have an old Rosebud walkie talkie doll in my attic. I was given this for Christmas around 1969 when these dolls were very popular. She was able to walk by somebody putting her arms into a certain position and then pushing her so that her legs moved. Then she talked when somebody pulled a string from her front and a recorded voice would say a few different things each time the string was pulled. She said things like `My name is Rosebud' and a few other phrases that I cannot remember now.
She is now in a sorry state after spending decades in a box in my attic. She can no longer talk and her hair, once long and glossy, is now a mass of tangles.
