Of course I trust my partner 1000% or else I would not be with him

You want people trust you,you must trust them first.

If you start doubting your partner then you are in for trouble in life. Because once you let in mistrust rule you then at any point of time you may express you feeling when you lose control on your mind. And at this stage you let her known your feelings about her thus creating more mistrust amontg yourselves. But one thing I should clarify here. You can create a sort of boundary for her and let her move within that circle. See that she doesnot step outside the boundary. The circle you draw is within your mind only and it should have space. I hope I have been able to make you understand what I mean.
