What if I can't sleep

I had insomnia yesterday and didn't fall asleep until 3am. I was woken up by the alarm clock at 7am and then fell asleep again. It wasn't until 10am that I had a bad dream. I dreamed that my home was leaking water, my mother was sick, and my father went to the hospital to take care of my mother.After waking up, I was too hungry and made some food for myself. I cut the tomatoes into pieces, boil them in water, cut a potato chip, and wash some rapeseed. Put the potatoes and rapeseed separately into the pot and cook. The dip is a mixture of sesame paste and Fermented bean curd.

Sorry about insomnia,i sleep badly yesterday,no dreams.just lay in the bed with eyes opening,can't fall asleep until 2 hours have passed.Today i fell dozy in office.Wish both of us get rid of insomnia.Stay with good sleep.

@zhangxueying I read before sleeping and I keep our bedroom very dark for the night. We go to sleep at 10 pm and we wake up at 5:30 in the morning.

I have been sleeping at 10 pm for the past two days, and after sleeping, I don't think anything. I wear a black eye mask, counting Arabic numerals in my mind, and then I fall asleep. I didn't wake up in the middle and slept until 9:30 the next day.

@zhangxueying wow. That's a tough way to fall asleep. I always keep myself busy during the day. And at the end of the day because I will be tired, I fall asleep quickly.
