ASUS Noise Cancelling Mic Adapter Review: A Blessing and a Curse

I recently purchased an ASUS noise cancelling mic adapter which is a crucial tool for me because of so much noise here in my place. I'm in the 6th floor, still the noise from my neighbors from other floors and other houses is still not tolerable sometimes. Also, it is not uncommon here to have your neighbors have karaoke where they sing at the top of their lungs the whole night and day when there's a celebration of important events like birthdays. Because I need to attend to meetings once a week and other meetings several times a week, I need to use a noise cancelling headset.
My honest review? ASUS noise cancelling mic adapter is great! It cancels all noise! Unfortunately, it also cancels part of most of the words I speak. I told my manager and my colleagues if they noticed it, and they said yes, but it's tolerable, they said. I recorded my voice and I confirmed it. Some of my spoken words were reduced as if I didn't pronounce them correctly. Have you had the same experience?
Note: Feel free to check out ASUS website for more information.

@wittynet It is not advisable to use a laptop when teaching online. I used to teach through it before, but it is better to use the desktop for this kind of endeavor. Moreover, it is best to have a laptop. For the reason that I can teach even if I am in another place for vacation. Why not try to be a virtual teacher?
