Hello Everyone!

Aww, hopefully you will get some of this nice weather soon. It's supposed to be in the 50s here all week but after that it'll probably be cold and snowy again for us. This is very unusual for us. Yes, we did have a wonderful day. I can't wait until it gets warm and stays.

@MelissaAnn1979 Thank you very much. I checked my weather app, and it's supposed to be dull and rainy all week. I have decided not to go to the little Tesco today. My Mum might go later instead. I hope we get some better weather soon too. But we have been told that February is supposed to be the coldest on record! We haven't had any snow here yet. They've had some up North and in Scotland, but it hasn't reached us yet! But there's still time. I don't like snow. I'm glad you had a wonderful day. I can't wait till it gets warmer too.

@sharonelton I wished I could say we hadn't had no snow but we had several bad ones in January. I am like you I don't like the snow either. Hopefully it will not be too cold for you this month.

@AmbiePam Yes, with the younger kids it does help burn off energy plus there are so many things they can learn outside and not even really realise they are learning. Of course mine is seventeen and she realizes now that when we go for our walks it's a learning experience also. We still have fun though.

@MelissaAnn1979 Kids learn from the smallest things that you do with them.

@jstory07 They sure do. They are like sponges they absorb everything. Of course mine is a little more difficult now. She is seventeen.

Thanks for the ideas. Those sound awesome! When it warms up some more at night we are going to use her telescope and do some science things also.

@LadyDuck We are having nice weather again today. Just a degree or 2 cooler. Glad you got to enjoy a nice day yesterday.

@LadyDuck It's sunny here today but it's supposed to start raining tomorrow and all next week.

@MelissaAnn1979 Me too. I get way too lethargic in winter. It is what it is. One of these days I will become a snowbird and spend my winters in Florida. lol

@porwest That's great you're having some nice weather also. I'm not complaining either, we had a rough January as well. I'm like you, I'm done with winter. I want spring and summer here. I'd rather be outside enjoying warm weather anyway.

@porwest I know what you mean. I think it's where we can't get outside and there isn't alot to do in the house if things are kept up but what can you do. Now , you have an idea there about spending winters in Flordia.lol

@MelissaAnn1979 Yea I'm helping hubby with the ceiling in the cabin with the door open listening to the tree cutters down the road from us.

@MelissaAnn1979 hmm...we do have 5-10°C when we have extreme cold in winters.

@sjvg1976 Those temperatures this past week are fine with us too! Summer will be here in about four months for us. It will be quite a bit more warmer here than too but not as warm as your area. The temperatures we are having now, we usually don't have. It's usually quite colder here this time of year.

@sjvg1976 Usually here winter temperatures are -12 C to 4 C.

@MelissaAnn1979 This week is nice. Possibly 60 Friday.

@wolfgirl569 Yes this week has been nice. We hit 62 today. I looked at the weather yesterday and it's supposed to be cold and snow a couple of days here next week.

@MelissaAnn1979 It’s going to turn cold for us next week too. And by “cold,” I mean temps will be in the upper 60s instead of mid-70s! Lol I hope any snow you receive won’t be too much of an inconvenience for you.

@moffittic That's great. We have had several days in a row like that but, unfortunately, I was looking I was looking at the weather last night and next week it's supposed to turn cold again for us and start snowing again.

@JudyEv Yes, it was unusual temperatures for us most of the week. We enjoyed them though. It has cooled back down and has now been raining for two days. We are in the middle of winter here.

@Deepizzaguy That's great. I so wished it was spring already. I'm done with winter, but it won't be much longer.

@everwonderwhy Hello, I am having a good time here. Everyone is very friendly. Yes, I love teaching my daughter unfortunately it's almost over as she is 17 and will be graduating soon. But I know there is always an opportunity to teach her something even when she is grown.

@lazydaizee Hello. Thank you. Yes ,we had a good walk that day, we have actually had several nice, warm days this week.

@RasmaSandra Unfortunately, I think Mother Nature was just teasing us this week. I was looking at the weather last night and next week it is supposed to be cold and snow for a couple of days. My daughter is 17.

@Dena91 Thank you. We sure did. It was sunny and warm today also but not as warm as yesterday but tomorrow is supposed to be warmer so maybe we will get to do it again.
