I started to workout on the first day of February. It has been more than 3 years since I was like a sloth to do some exercises. The result is that I gained a lot of weight. As one of my New Year's resolutions, I need to workout and trim down my carbohydrate intake. It is also part of knowing the real importance of self-love. My aim is to have six packs for my abs. It is not easy, but I am willing to do it religiously.
How do you incorporate self-love into your life now?

Just make sure I make time to do the things I enjoy.

@Shavkat Part of self-love is being sure not to punish yourself for what you do. If you can't be here, feeling bad about it won't change the situation.

I try to incorporate self love by buying items or things that I like and appreciating myself once in a while. I have also been planning in joining the gym but the problem is the money plus am in school and I spend most of the time studying so I won't have time for gym.

Me, myself, and I have become very good friends. We do what we really like in our case working and writing online and always making sure we are of sound mind and body. The Lord helps us on our way,

I was reading the other day that even Arnold Schwarzenegger never had six-pack abs. He only ever had a four-pack, because of his genetics.
Self-love is being easy on ourselves, and not forcing ourselves to the point of pained existence.
We can be kind with ourselves, and do what we can do, but to jump in too quickly, and to try to get six-packed abs, when we might just be limited to a four-pack, has to be looked at to ensure we are not going off half-cocked, and so leading ourselves by the smell of our nose, instead of by the scent of our heart.
Follow truth, not the whiff of truth.
