Do you feel hungry when you watch a cooking show?

... I do, no matter if I have just eaten, when I see someone cooking different dishes that look delicious I always feel hungry, and I'm not a sweet tooth, if I was I would be lost
Yesterday I was watching a cooking show after dinner and I ended up in the kitchen looking for something to eat, I know I didn't need to eat more but my stomach or brain or both, I don't know, were telling me that I was still hungry.
I enjoy trying new recipes and these shows are great for finding new recipes but I think I need to stop watching them, otherwise, I will gain some weight
I wonder if this happens to you too?

It can happen to me sometimes. Most of the time food doesn't bother me, but sometimes it's all I need to trigger my brain.

I watch the show carefully to try it later but don't feel hungry while watching a cooking show.

@nela13 I too love cooking but don't like to spend too much time in kitchen.
