Can You Stop Laughing

I find it weird that some YouTubers are trying to stop laughing. It is a part of the challenge. Although it is obvious that they cannot conceal the truth about giggling into something, I cannot even do it. As they said, "Laughter is the best medicine." So, why should I stop doing it? Seriously, some of them can hold on to their emotions without a grin on their faces.
Can you stop laughing so as not to embarrass others?

If my laughing would embarass someone, I would prefer controlling it.

@Shavkat I don't do that even with my children. I don't enjoy seeing people getting embarrassed.

I can stop for a short while then resume laughing later. Laughing is good. I love it.

I don't like laugh,i can stop laughing at any time.Laugh is not funny,it makes me alert.Because there are too many people want to hurt me.
