I sometimes have dreams that seem to be continued from previous dreams. I also have dreams that seem like I have dreamed the same thing before. I started to think that maybe those instances were that I was dreaming I had had the same dream before. Crazy isn't it?
You can train yourself to remember your dreams also. My dreams are mostly adventures and I have them right as I am about to wake up. I wake up in the night several times for potty breaks. Sometimes those adventure dreams are a lot of fun and I don't want to wake up.
