Since the Pandemic, our Company transformed it into a more flexible one in terms of reporting to the office. Since then we have been in a hybrid setup wherein we are only allowed to report to the office 2x a week and the rest of the week is a work-from-home [anywhere] setup. I am feeling blessed because of transformation, to have that privilege. It's Tuesday today and I opt to stay at home because of the bad weather.
How about you guys? How's your job setup after the pandemic?

That's a great transition for your company to implement. I have been working from home for more than a decade now. I have been lucky not to go out that much during the pandemic. Are they going to give extra money for bills like electricity and internet services? How about the devices needed for the job?

yeah, we have the internet, mobile load allowance, and tools- those are part of the benefits. Good to know that you've been enjoying the WFH setup for a decade now. We are lucky!

@cttolledo I also think that we are. Working online is not for everybody. I felt bad for some who wanted to be like us.

My job setup after the pandemic is to work at home and take care of myself by not allowing myself to risk getting sick having cold air from the fan inside the bedroom to get me ill to a head cold again.

Same as before. Working from home when I feel like it.
