For the truth of the matter there are the people that do professional gambling. These are the kind of the people that rely on the betting and casino as their means of livelihoods. These people tend to spend so much in the betting sector and they win large amounts of money as well as loosing too. The punters tend to take advantage of the sure odds for instance and stake heavily on them. They are then guaranteed of profits no matter the outcomes of the bet on events. What do you have to say regarding this?

My mother is a gambling addict and it has caused much pain in our family. I don't think there is such a thing as a professional gambler - maybe rather professional optimist being played for their money's worth by some clever people. Professional winner - never

Betting money for one’s livelihood sounds like a terribly risky job, and one that is not sustainable. I would never take any job involve gambling though. My late aunt developed a gambling problem, and it ruined her life, and the life of my innocent uncle who had no idea what she was doing.

This is not a job. It's a game of chance. You're not guaranteed any money. You could become rich but also loose everything.

I have gambled very small amounts of money in the past, just for fun, and I always ended up losing it. You would have to be a very lucky person to make any profit from gambling.
