Good afternoon from Kenya. Everything is very much okay here in my country and l do hope so to you too wherever you are. It's very sunny and hot here. The atmosphere is filled with dust whenever the wind blows. So while the saving for the future being a very important thing, it costs other people meals for them to accomplish the same purpose. I know most people in my previous workplaces they would skip the lunch meals for them to save on the money that could have been spent for lunch. This strategy of saving is not bad. Unfortunately the people practicing that became so unproductive on the workplace that were easily noticed by the management. I don't know if that what you have been doing for sure. Good time!

I think it's a bad idea to skip meals. It can cost us our health. I have ever done that before but never again. It is better to save when you have extra money.

@Treborika You are right. It's hard to get money nowadays because of lack of jobs that pay well.

That's so sad thinking that some people have to skip meals to save money. I feel extremely blessed that I don't have to try to save money by skipping meals.

Fasting is a great way to save money but a piece of fruit or snack is important to keep your strength for work.

lt may depends on the type of work that you associate yourself with. Some other tasks aren't doable by people that don't eat well.

I feel devastated to know that some people cannot afford to have their lunch at noon because they must save a little money.

I know some people in our country skip meals so their children can eat. It's very sad that people have to do this.
