Does anyone else like to force themselves to stay awake even when their eyes are closing as we speak?

I get home from work and I am tired. Then again there is thing called a computer. That makes my mind spin. Then there is something that makes the computer so much fun, It's people. They fill my body and soul up with joy. Put them both together what do you get. One happy, very tired, lovely, soul. That won't go to bed.

I have trouble getting to sleep at night, so if I feel like having a nap before it is bedtime , I try to catch up on lost sleep when I am able to. It is good that you are enjoying your computer, but you must sleep when you need to.

When I was younger I averaged five hours of sleep a day for years. I can't prove it but I think it caused memory loss. Now I try to get at least eight hours of sleep every day. Thank you for sharing.

My personal rule is to stop staying in front of my computer just before dinner time. I need to relax before going to sleep.

I only get little spaces of time on the computer and I try to get as much as I can accomplished. Then off to work or off to sleep. Thank you for all your support.

@Itsonlyadream I come to my computer when I have a little free time, so I can rest in front of my screen.

@LadyDuck I go on the computer to keep my mind off other problems I can't fix. Thanks for caring and sharing.

I do not like to do this anymore. I am no longer in the staying awake category

If I go to sleep I forget what is on my mind. So I push myself to the limit until I can't go any further. zzzzz then I wake up refreshed and begin again.
