Drive Your Cat Crazy

My audience was Freddie. He calmly sat by me as I worked on my PC and gave me one of his “OK Ma, whatever you say” faces. After some head butts on my arm and some patting I told him I had to return to my writing. As I searched for things and did some writing I kept talking to him, Now and then I would look over and as if he understood he would Meow. After a while I got lost in what I was doing and occasionally made some remarks for which again I would get a meow. After some time I said So what do you think Freddie? Freddie? Then I looked over at him and was glad I had my camera nearby. I think this picture says a thousand words. Obviously my yakking had driven Freddie crazy and he just turned about and simply passed out to tune me out

My cat either listens to my chatter or she takes a nap to ignore me. I like to talk to my cat too. You captured Freddie. I love his crazy look.

Silly Freddie.
Cats are so amusing. Their expressions and little oddities. Our cats even seem to talk to us at times. The sounds they make sound like human words at times. I think they get a little put out with us humans sometimes too. I am sure happy to have had them in my life.

@celticeagle Freddie can mimic calling me Mama and I can clearly hear that sound and then I go to him to see what's up

@RasmaSandra ......How interesting. Our most vocal cat, Colby, will mimic several human words but mostly 'no' or something rather negative. He is our grumpy kitty that sleeps in the bathroom sink.

@Ronrybs that is what I hope to avoid the walking across the keyboard. Tish tends to come sit next to me on a little table and butt my elbow when she wants company and knock my fingers off the keyboard

Cats are very clever pets to have inside of a home.
