Time to think about bed.

Time for me to say good night. I'm going to probably answer some notifications and eat something before I start to wind down. It's one of those nights where I'm awake later. But then, I took a bath. I have to do my self care after George's in bed. Just in case he needs me during the day. At least I got another one of his food boxes done. so, yay.... there's that. I won't have to do it in the morning. I can just grab a carton and begin.
Chilly is in the bedroom with George, and honestly, I hope he stays there. Finally forced myself to do his box, which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Hopefully he uses it and not the floor or bed. I'm working on getting George to change his underwear in the bathroom, because if he pees it goes oil the toilet and not on the floor. Another fun part of stroke recovery.

He did, for the most part. Although this morning he was in our faces.

@LadyDuck Yes, they do. Even when it isn't.

It's fine enough for now. One crisis at a time.

@kaylachan I agree with you. We achieve something, even with baby steps.

Just keep praying and visit as often as you can. Having loved ones around helps speed up the healing process. I know I would've lost George had I not spent as much time as possible by his side.

George is doing a little better everyday and I'm thankful for it.
