The poor cat had enough and went out and slept in the couxh. I am up now having my morning coffee and I am totally exhausted. I haven't even left for work yet and I already can't wait to get home and go to bed. Of course now I an ready to sleep, wish I could crawl back under the covers and drift off to dreamland for a few hours. I have a feeling that it is going to be a long day at work today.
So how was your sleep? Better than mine I hope.

I did not sleep well last night either.
I never do before I have to go into the office, and never around a full moon.
I have both happening this week.
Just today and tomorrow and then a restful sleep will be easy on Friday night as I will be relaxed.
Have a good day at work today.

I never noticed if it has to do anything with the moon. I will have to keep an eye on that. Hope you have a good day at the office today.

@Happy2BeMe I had a pretty good sleep until 3 a.m.. I woke up and I also started looking at the clock. At 5 I had enough and I got up.

@LadyDuck that is what I do too. Sometimes I just lay there and wait until it is a good time to get up.

@Happy2BeMe Five hours is good time for me. I’m so used to three, but last week I got five hours of sleep four nights in a row, and I was so thankful. I have to take prescription medication to get it, but a lot of people do, I guess. What do you think keeps you from getting quality sleep?

We share our king size bed with 2 dogs and 2 cats. If I get up to go potty I have to push the bed hogs over so I can get back in bed and cover up. Needless to say that I am often troubled with falling back asleep.

It was OK..woke up too early as per usual, but was able to back to sleep for a time. I hope you have a OK day. I would suggest an energy drink but you may not be able to have those with your heart.

I am a terrible sleeper. I get, if I’m lucky, about 3 or 4 hours a night. I get up in the morning absolutely shattered and struggle through the day. Luckily for me I am retired, so no one is relying on me to do a day’s work. I hope you’ve managed to get through the day ok without falling asleep on the job

Sorry to hear that. I sometimes have nights like that too, I could just drift off comfortably at about getting-up time.
My day has been ok so far, although I did have to wake up earlier than I would have liked as my partner had a work meeting at 6am with people in Australia!
