It was almost hot out here yesterday!

By the time I got to Guitar Center yesterday for my "epic" day of the week, it was sunny and in the 70s F. It remained sunny and warm for the rest of the afternoon.
Today it is temperate and raining lightly. The blossoms from our plum trees have fallen, spun, and disappeared.
Soon, the more distant trees will throw buds, and more birds will be courting.
Are there signs of Spring/Fall where you live?

The clouds are coming in and some have passed through, it's windy and COLD!!! I did okay until the cold was turned on. We're supposed to have more rain and rain is possible this weekend. I did fine until the cold turned back on. Hopefully the rain will warm things up a bit. I'm planning to work on bears and bunny rabbits, well at least as long as Freya stays off my lap. She loves helping me doing the hand sewing (the thread is wonderful to play "catch the spider web" with.
The magnolia trees here in Atascadero are in full bud and soon to bloom. Everything else is greening up, so Spring isn't too far off. People are starting to do their spring cleaning and our trash dumpsters are filling up and people are making trips to the various thrift shops to make donations. So, I guess we can figure that we're really really close to the actual spring.
Be careful, our weather guessers down here are saying that we are going to have a heavy rainy weekend...so you may as well figure that you're included in that guess too.

@TheHorse What I get a big kick out of is the cats. They will take a look out the window in the morning when I open the blinds, and when they see the rain they promptly leave their view out the window and find a comfortable spot someplace warm to curl up and snooze through the rainy day. It's super to hear that your music gig is scheduled inside where you won't get wet, cold, or fried by guitar or other speakers and microphones. I'd sure hate to hear about you or any of your fellow musicians getting injured from the stormy weather! Hugs, The crazy cat and bear lady.

@Happy2BeMe We won't get icy. But today is much cooler than yesterday. There is little wind, though. Just a misty rain.

@TheHorse thats what we had yesterday. We had heavy rain and strong winds all day and njghr then it turned cold and everything was icy.

when I was out doing my steps although the air was quite cool and I had a jacket on, the sun was quite strong. I was sweating a little, but I had the feeling if I took the jacket off I might be cold.

Our warm morning turned into a very cool afternoon with a brisk wind and rain is falling, I am sure that spring is right around the corner. We have construction going on next door so who knows where the signs of spring are,

Yesterday I could hear birds. Today it's gloomy and rainy. Not to cold, but the kind of day where you want to curl up under the covers.
