Surprise Toothache Attack

hi everyone im having a very strange toothache episode which has never happened to me ad my gum has a bump, i feel like its voodoo

I am sure it is not voodoo. But you SHOULD probably set yourself up for a visit with the dentist.

You have a tooth abscess. A pocket of pus in a tooth caused by an infection. Rinse your mouth with salted water.
