While waiting for my last online student this morning, I tried to search for a simple food that could still be tasty and affordable. I found this simple recipe called Odong Sardines Soup. It is one of the Japanese soup dishes and is also similar to the Filipino recipe. You just need to sauté some odong noodles, bok choy, spicy sardines in cans, and spices with water.
Have you tried this kind of recipe?
Any suggestions that I can try to cook?

I like noodles but I've never tried your recipe. Is sardines a type of meat?

I seldom eat spicy sardines. It's delicious, in fact. Pardon me but I have no suggestions for you what to cook.

This recipe is like what my wife usually makes. Canned sardines cooked with noodles, it tastes delicious

@Emasburinong I think it is also a good option. We can add some vinegar to remove the fishy taste of these sardines while cooking it.

@Shavkat usually my wife makes it with instant noodles. So the noodle seasoning is added to the sardines. just add enough water. plus additional cayenne pepper, tomatoes and vegetables according to taste.

Sounds good. I also prepare fish soup from time to time. But I seldom use canned fish. I usually buy the fish from the wet market.
