After my morning online classes, I decided to cook a new recipe called Odong Sardines. It does not look good with my photo, but it tastes good. I just used a canned of sardines, noodles, and some spices. I cannot wait to try a new food recipe. The ingredients are not that pricey, but you can have a simple good meal to serve on the table.
What is going on with your cooking pot?

It sounds all right but I am not into sardines, I would be interested to try something like that with canned tuna,

I also like Odong. But I usually have it with pork.

I do not like sardines, but I think you will like your dish. I will have either leftover Mac and cheese or leftover taco salad.

Could never stand sardines, maybe if I didn't know they were there or didn't smell them. Never cared for Smelly fish. Though I love Grouper, if it has a smell, I get the lemon out or won't eat it. I changed tuna brand as Sunkist seemed to always have that fishy taste and smell, where Chicken of the Sea wasn't so bad, a dash of lemon and it is fine. Your picture actually looks like it might have been good...IF I didn't know sardines were in it. LOL I love pasta dishes and use pasta quite often...mostly egg noodles...think I might try using spaghetti for a change.
