After my morning online classes, I decided to cook a new recipe called Odong Sardines. It does not look good with my photo, but it tastes good. I just used a canned of sardines, noodles, and some spices. I cannot wait to try a new food recipe. The ingredients are not that pricey, but you can have a simple good meal to serve on the table. What is going on with your cooking pot?

I am not a big fan of sardines, personally. But I beg to differ. Your photo looks delicious. Maybe I would make something similar and use canned tuna instead.

I think it can be modified. Since I am an amateur cook, I am trying to learn the basic way of doing it. I am also thinking of using some meat and tomato sauce instead of sardines.

@Shavkat I am pretty sure you could be fairly open ended regarding what you can use.

the simple one is with fritters, and we also have to balance it with a little vegetables.

I am trying to do the same thing. It turned out to be a good one in a simple way of cooking it.

It sounds all right but I am not into sardines, I would be interested to try something like that with canned tuna,

It is also my option next time. The family members are not also into eating sardines.

Since I started doing so, I am planning to use some other ingredients, like you mentioned.

I do not like sardines, but I think you will like your dish. I will have either leftover Mac and cheese or leftover taco salad.

The rest of the family members loved it, too. It was not that spicy, but it was a good one for lunch today. Thanks.

I love that food. I have not made it for a long time. I might make it this weekend. Thank you for the idea.

Could never stand sardines, maybe if I didn't know they were there or didn't smell them. Never cared for Smelly fish. Though I love Grouper, if it has a smell, I get the lemon out or won't eat it. I changed tuna brand as Sunkist seemed to always have that fishy taste and smell, where Chicken of the Sea wasn't so bad, a dash of lemon and it is fine. Your picture actually looks like it might have been good...IF I didn't know sardines were in it. LOL I love pasta dishes and use pasta quite often...mostly egg noodles...think I might try using spaghetti for a change.
