It Seems Odd To Me

Hello mylot, today I got a text from the USPS, saying they had a package for me but that they wouldn't deliver it because, they didn't have my address. Then, they wanted me to fill out a form online, saying that it would cost . 74cents to re deliver. In order to pay the . 74 cents to fill out a form with my card number. I thought this is a scam, and I read it terminated it. Scammers will never quit. Frustrated as all get out. Enjoy your day.

Sure sounds like a scam to me. If they cannot deliver they usually tell me to go to their processing center and pick it up. With it only being .74 for redeilvery it would only be two ounces or less, in other words a letter. You were smart, you saw lots of red flags.

@popciclecold I got an e mail today that was similar, but I could see where it was coming from and it was not USPS. It must be the season to start that nonsense again.

For sure, but that was entirely covered with red flags all over it.

It is. But to want my card number for .74 cents which really got my attention. They never cease with scams.

Yep, that is a scam for sure. Glad you didn't fall for it. We get them a lot even when we haven't ordered anything which is funny.
We also find it funny when we get emails stating our memberships to things like Costco, Netflix and the like have run out. We have never had or been interested in having memberships to these places.

I get them also, and there's no Costco here where I live.

Yup, definitely a scam, I have had plenty of notices from UPS and if I am not expecting anything I have blocked them and now they get into my SPAM mail,
