Destress Myself with Peanuts

Today, I only have one booked class this morning. I decided to buy some raw ingredients for our lunch meal. I went to a small public market in my neighborhood when I saw a sack of peanuts. I bought half a kilo for about less than a dollar. It is not bad to have something to destress myself from dealing with the grumpy old man downstairs. I boiled them and served them at the table. In my country, it is one of the more economical snacks. Are there any foods that can help you destress from the stressors in your life?

@LadyDuck During my childhood years, I did eat different kinds of chocolate. It was later in my life that I learned the importance of dark chocolates.

I agree. It is a common snack for the locals here, especially from the countryside.

Speaking of ice cream sandwiches, I love this, too. During my younger years, I loved food-tripping.

I like eating those nuts you shared on the photo. My distress snack is ice cream.
