It's only noontime, and I've had 2 baths already!

We're in the middle of the great summer heat now and the weather app says it's about 32-24 degrees Centigrade but ACTUALLY feels like 39-40 degrees 
. I know it's hotter in the other regions and provinces in my country. But, oh, boy... this heat level is already such a challenge for me.
I feel so sorry for those in the hotter regions. Classes have been cancelled because of the dangerous heat index.
We've been drinking a lot of fluids, eating watery fruits, and staying indoors most of the day. In this country house, the air-conditioning is only in the master's bedroom. I stay there only when I need to take a nap. Otherwise I stay upstairs where there's plenty of windows.
I hope the weather gets better on Thursday, when my daughter goes on a field trip with her classmates.
And, yes, I've had two baths already. Might go for two more in the afternoon and before bedtime. Whew.

@almostoveryou - I have no idea, they announced a very hot summer last year, but it was even below average.

@almostoveryou Oh my gosh I read that the heat is intense right now so sorry. When it is over 100F here I too take several cold showers all day long.

It's a pity that the weather hasn't cooled down yet. Hope everyone will be okay. It hasn't rained in my place yet. But the weather is less harsh. Thanks God!

My highest record is to have bath three times a day,when the temperature is 39°C?I feel like the air is burning,outsides was very hot back then.I just went to street for buying,my clothes were wet and full of sweat while i came back.You may stay indoors more in such a weather.
