A visit from my friend, and today's trip to the big Tesco.

My friend Yasmin came round today to bring me some art books. She turned up about 10:45am. I muted the telly so we could talk. She gave me two art books and a hardback novel, and some acrylic paints, though she didn't know what they were like. She also lent me one of her favourite books. I gave her some earrings because she has pierced ears and I do not. She talked all about her problems with her Mum who has Alzheimers, and she talked about a condition she's got called fibromyalgia. Someone on here said they had it too. I showed her some strange photo frames that my Grandma Brown had and I couldn't get the photos out. She managed to get the photos out where I couldn't! When she was about to go home she said she was going to get some glucosamine from the shop. She said she had it in a liquid but I said I had some gel.she could have so I went and fetched that for her. She said she uses newspapers with her pets, she has a tortoise, a rabbit and two Chihuahua's, but neither her nor none of her neighbours has newspapers, so we gave her some of our old newspapers and a magazine to put down for her pets. I waved her off when she went home. A little later we went to the big Tesco again. We got the usual things. I got a stamping magazine today. I also managed to get some seaweed thins. My Mum got some vitamins and I managed to get some of her pads, so we got two packets while we could see them, and they were double packs. Then we got the usual fruit and veg, and I got some soy milk. I got my usual soy yoghurts and Mum got her milk and puddings. Mum got some pickled gherkins and beetroot. We got a pot noodle and two tins of soup for Syd. Then I got some mini vegan cakes. We didn't need any crisps. I got some ginger nut biscuits for Syd, and Mum got herself some rich tea biscuits. I got some matcha green tea T-bags and some chamomile T-bags, and I got some Love, Corn and some honey roasted peanuts. Then we went to the frozen section, and I got some vegan magnum ice lollies and some frozen chopped white onion and prawns. My Mum got what she wanted, then I got some more of the salmon chunks which were in stock again! I got 2 packets of toilet roll, one for me and one for Syd, and some washing up liquid. Then we went to pay. I made my Mum stand at the end of the conveyor belt while I put stuff on to stop anyone else coming and putting their stuff on before we were finished putting ours on! I made her hold another of the plastic things that you put down to separate people's shopping! We packed the groceries and my Mum payed, then we went and sat on a bench for a bit. I didn't have a book to swap at the Tesco book swap today.. I had three tokens to put in the voting thing, then we went down on the lift. Syd still wasn't there yet, so I sat on another bench. He came before my Mum had even had chance to sit down! We went home, unpacked the groceries and put them away. Then I had my dinner and watched some telly. Later my friend Yasmin messaged me on Facebook messenger to say she's lost a diamond out of her engagement ring! It's small and blue. She says she thinks she may have lost it when she was putting her coat on. We've scoured everywhere where we think it might be but we can't find it. It could be anywhere, it might not even be in the house. I've told Yasmin we can't find it, but if it does turn up we'll let her know. How was your day? I hope you are all well. Have a great night.
