Do you feel tired or not yourself when temperatures drop down? :/

I am not feeling like myself. Like I'm in endless dream, feeling too dreamy and sleepy, with a slight headache. For a good change, today's daily temperature is barely 70F while yesterday and all other days was actually in the 80s, gosh. I had such a good morning walk today but after that, I am like Sleeping Beauty, feeling tired about everything Napping didn't help as well

The temperature is fine now, we are also in the 70s. I mowed the lawn this morning, I feel quite energetic today.

@grenery8 My husband has a serious heart problem, he cannot help me anymore. I do everything outside.

@greenery8 No;I don't feel tired when the temperature drops down.Instead;I feel more energetic.And if the temperature goes up;it makes no difference.We are used to high temperature.

@grenery8 It's not me only;every Indian is used to high temperature.Now the mercury is bouncing 43C.Later it will cross 45 or;sometimes even 50C.

i am more energetic too just when it is not that sudden. yes, you got used to high temperatures in india, i bet and applaud you for enduring them

When its too hot, I could barely sleep its so uncomfortable. AC is a must for a good sleep. When its cold, that's the time I feel sleepy and would even nap during the day.

when it is cold, it is heaven for me. you got that right, ac is needed even during the night though, i couldn't ever turn it on, my ac is very loud at night.
