The thing that makes me sad today

For the past few days, my city has been experiencing heavy rain for hours. The rain caused several areas to be flooded. It turns out that this flood resulted in the death of one baby who was swept away and one adult who was electrocuted during the flood.

I am sorry the rain causes several areas to be flooded. Heavy rains can be devastating.

Just a short rain can cause flooding. It often rains in other cities, cities that pass through rivers from rainy cities can experience flooding
