I like cheesecake once in a while, and only a slice. this does sound good, though.

My favorite has always been the one from my hometown NYC cheesecake but I have never found a cheesecake that I could buy to equal this one and I have never tried to make it myself, That cheesecake sounds very good but to complex for me to try to make it, Make a big one and send me some pieces
