I lost 6 kgs in one month.

I remember on the 13th of last month, there was free kidney screening at a neighbouring hospital. My weight was 73 kgs. I was told I was overweight.
So I decided to walk as a way of exercising. I walked 40 minutes every evening on my way back home from work.
I measured my weight today and I am 67 kgs. That means I lost 6 kgs in a month. I'm so happy.

Yes I don't. But the doctor told me last month that even if I didn't look overweight, fat could be hiding in my body. But I'm glad I lost some weight.

I do a lot of walking to maintain my racing snake figure. It’s obviously worked for you. It’s best to stay at a healthy weight. You look great.

Whiskey diet sounds like a dangerous diet to me. You need fruits and vegetables.

My BMI was above 25 so for someone my age, that was overweight. I needed to be below 70kg.
