What I Got Done Saturday

I had plans of getting a lot of things done in the house today. It was supposed to be a rainly day and this was the perfect plan for the day. However, I didn't get much done. Surprised? Nah!! I got all the animal chores done outside first thing this morning. It started drizzling before I was finished but all the animals were fed and watered. I also gathered eggs from the chicken coop without any incidents or accidents! Next I watered all the veggie plants sprouting, re-potted some hyacinths I had gotten a couple of months ago that were bound in the container. There were 3 plants/bulbs that had no room to grow. Each one has their own pot now. I came inside and made brunch for the hubby. He slept late. He first enjoyed a cup of coffee and I did the same before starting to cook. I made grits, fried eggs and sausage. After that I went back outside because it wasn't raining or sprinkling anymore. I decided to plant some more seed. So that amounted to 18 more bell peppers, 6 banana peppers, and I forgot how many green beans. Then I came back inside to check the live stats for the NCAA Gymnastics Championship and follow along on my computer. I did run out to my car and get an armful of clothes my daughter sent last week for the flea market. I thought we had one batch all tagged when I went to the flea market on Friday but discovered only one item tagged!! We did make price tags for two big stacks so that will be easy using the tagging gun to attached the labels. Then I have a box of clothes that will need tags to be written out. Grr. I had planned on tagging some things for the antique store tonight, but that didn't happen. I did manage to do some reading here on myLot and catch up on notifications. I can do that tomorrow!
