Memories.

When you were very young what are some of the very pleasant memories that you would associate with your mom?
I recall my mother singing in the kitchen while preparing our meals. I remember her storing our Christmas presents in the closet days before Christmas Eve. I remember her supervising the icecream treats held in the square for all of the children who lived on the island ... beautiful memories. Do you have any to share? Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there.

Those sound like such excellent memories. 
I think about my mom tucking me into bed. I’d pat the side of my bed and say, “Sit, talk, converse.” And she’d laugh, and we’d talk about so many things before she finally said good night for good. Boy, do I miss her.

She always tucked us in at night..that was pleasant and fun. I think I stopped asking her to tuck me in when I was about 10, but my sister got tucked in until she was probably in sixth grade.

I was a naughty child and often got scolded by my mother. My mother was a good cook and I learned from her.
