I took pork chops out yesterday and we didn't end up eating them, so when we got back from seeing R, I decided I was going to fry them and make some yummy sides to go with them.
I made fries pork chops, easy just pork chops, flour seasonings, and I fried them in vegetable oil and butter mixture. Yep, that's right I used both!
I made twice baked potatoes with garlic, butter, milk and cheddar cheese.
I also made some yeast rolls to go with them.
Nothing that exciting, but it was good and both kids were pretty excited and happy with what they got.
So that's what we had for dinner her. What did you have at your house?

@thislittlepennyearns I have gotten their frozen shrimp before to do alfredo with shrimp and it is fairly good.
