Trump GUILTY on all charges?

What happens next? Can he still run for president? --------Sentencing is on July 11 an then on JUly 15 is the GOP Convention. Will the Republicans stick with Trump? That's the pivotal question.

If the Court sentences him with deprivation to public office temporarily or permanently as an accessory penalty of his principal penalty then he most likely will not be able to run for President. But, of course, if he stays in prison then he really can't run for President despite the absence of that accessory penalty that I mentioned.

@xander6464 Democracy Day. Perhaps it can be devoted to Democrats and real Republicans getting together, setting goals, and arguing constructively about how to achieve those goals.

@marguicha They never do but the will, supposedly 2 jurors. One was for fox news and another got their news from Truth Social. That's 2 jurors that flipped their lid. Thats pretty amazing in itself. What I heard, no one will say for certainty because their life is now at threat.

I think this is an important day in our national history.

For most Americans, it's just good to see justice served. From a political standpoint, many have said they would not vote for Trump if he became a convicted felon.

@maclanis Not all people who voted for Trump in 2020 were MAGA idiots. Some who usually vote Republican will be turned off by an election-denying, Constitution-defying convicted criminal.

@TheHorse We need it, Some Democrats already being shady. What part do people do not get? You have to hold people accountable or they will do bad things in long run, left right. It does not matter. The two party system is supposed to hold each other in check but only works if you are being rationale and reasonable. A one party system we call Russia and China. A one party system destroys the world, no questioning, no challenging. Many want more, but in this country. 2 seems to be to much. Lets just blow up this village of wet backs.
