i dont think its a waste of time i find it hard to sleep at times so i have my computer in my room and chat till im tierd then have another go to go to sleep it beats just laying there not sleeping

It would largely depend on the purpose of chatting. If its just for fun its surely a waste of time and if for knowledge and business then is simply fantastic.

yeah u are right most of the people kill their time in chatting on the net.... But some people are their who thinks that its great to chat on the net...than to talk anyone over phone...etc..a nd it is a good place to built new relationship.... But I don't know for how many days those relations can exist????

you can't tell it's wasting of time. but in some cases you can utilize it and sometimes you may not utilize it. but nowadays its getting worse chatting on net. so i don't like to chat on net nowadays. thx. Good day!

If you have done all your shores in your house, then why not spend some time chatting with others? It becomes a waste of time when we neglect common tasks. Besides, talking with others from anywhere in the world free is a nice advantage.

Maybe i am agree with you.in my school time i used to chat with others ...but when i finished my study, i found there are so many things i have waste espcially the youth! i feel a little regret.

Yes sometimes it is.I donn't realy like to spend my entire day just chatting and chatting and chatting because in the end my fingers will heart.I don't understand all those people who waste their time just taping an entire day

some people do watse a lot of time on chatting, especially children and teenagers. however, others may chat on the line for work, or keep contact with there friend. i usually chat with my parents on the net when i am in the university.
