hey.. i do it like a couple times of the month. more so, if i have alot of installing and uninstalling of softwares. i believe that defragmenting really helps with the speed of the computer in terms of booting and use... hehehe......

shyam4uall Yeah you are right..defragmentation benefits our system to some extent and we need to do that alteast once a month or if possible 2-3 times a month.No doubt it increases the boot time but also reduces the opening time of softwares installed in ur computer...

shyam4uall I sit for a total of 6-8 hours but never more than 2 hours continuosly.I took regular breaks....and often wash my eyes with water then then sit infront of computer for another say 2 hours or so.
